With a Pout Mistress teaching people how to make the perfect pout, male model and make up artists, the launch created a real buzz in the Beauty Hall. Tweeters and bloggers, as well as members of the press were invited to try Vaseline Crème Brûlée for the first time. They were then able to get their photo taken in the Vaseline Strike a Pout photo booth designed by the team here at Hornall Anderson UK especially for Selfridges. The photos are being automatically uploaded to Facebook from the booth for all to see!
Once the store opened at 9.30am, eager fans made their way past Tom Ford and Illamasqua straight to our stand and the tins started to fly off of the shelves. We saw one girl buy about 20 of them in one go!
We are really proud to have been involved in this project from conception of the flavour right through to creating the in store experience…A great team effort!
