Thanks to Mark Hurst at Good Experience I came across this fantastic video. Mark's point was simple: To create a great customer experience you may have to alienate some of your existing customers.

I agree.

The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX also agrees and I'm going to guess that the 5 Million collective views have done nothing more than improve their brand credibility. Good on 'em. And also, that girl has a filthy mouth…
