As I contemplate my availability and desire to sit and watch my twitter feed all day or just ignore it completely (which are the two extremes that tend to happen for me) - I came across this article...

The author is contemplating true engagement and social media. I thought it was an interesting POV to share and is relevant beyond my smaller scope of talent management and really brings up a larger discussion to be had regarding how we really engage with our customer - and beyond that even - do we as a global group of consumers really want to truly - personally - engage?
