How do you increase street-level visibility and in-office sales for an insurance company? Our answer to Safeco’s challenge was to change the way people learn about and buy insurance. In collaboration with JPC Architects, we branded, named, and implemented the Safeco Instore concept.
Infusing retail sensibility with sophisticated design, we created an entirely new paradigm in the industry. The modern, inviting “store” allowed customers to engage on the level of their choosing: to browse, get in-depth information or consult one-on-one with a broker—all in one place.
