The icon of Seattle with its stunning 360° view from the skydeck can be challenged by the region’s iffy weather. With SkyQ, we fused technology and storytelling to “Extend the View” during fair and foul weather.
We didn’t set out to simply let visitors see farther but to also go deeper into the people and places that make this city spectacular. With cameras fixed atop the Needle, interactive kiosks allow visitors to literally zoom in on other area attractions to learn more and hear personal stories told by locals, such as a fisherman at Pike Place Market.
