VSP Vision Care made the bold decision to step out from under the HMO umbrella and reestablish themselves as a direct-to-consumer brand. Our response to VSP’s challenge was to spotlight what makes them unique in an arena of big-box providers: their humanity.
We developed a strategy and identity that connects VSP with businesses, doctors and individual consumers alike. All new business collateral and a clean, accessible website tell the story of an innovative company that is committed to providing better value and personalized, human-to-human care. The new brand movie generated a tremendous emotional response and helped galvanize a corporate culture that truly values healthy eyes and healthy people.
